Police have arrested 35 years old Amrit Pant of Pokhara Metropolis-5, Parsyang on October 16 on charge of rape on 60 years old woman.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused on charge of rape on October 15 and based on the complaint, the accused was arrested for investigation according to DSP Nabin Karki of DPO Baidam.
The victim underwent health checkup at regional hospital of Pokhara o October 16.
