The District Court of Udayapur has ordered to sentence 42 years old Ram Ji B.K of Chaudandigadhi Municipality-2 for 2 and half years on October 3 after finding him guilty on sexually abusing 25 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Tejendra Prasad Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case. The victim was sexually abused by the convict on June 11 and complaint was lodged against him on June 12 by the victim’s family at Area Police Office of Beltaar.
She underwent health checkup at Primary Health Post of Beltaar on June 12 and the convict was arrested and remanded in custody by the court order on July 8.
