Police have arrested 35 years old Jaya Singh Bohara of Shailyashikhar Municipality-4 on October 2 on charge of raping 17 years old girl.
Police from Area Police Office of Gokuleshwor had arrested the accused on charge of rape on October 1. He was arrested based on the verbal complaint lodged by the victim’s party according to acting chief Hikmat Bahadur Bohara of DPO Darchula.
The victim is still waiting for health checkup according to police.
