A complaint against 22 years old Sabin Chantyal Modi Rural Municipality-1 has been lodged at District Police Office of Parbat on October 1 on charge of raping 12 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office and the accused is absconding from that day according to inspector Rabindra Kumar Shrestha. The search for the accused is undergoing according to police. On October 1, the victim underwent health checkup at district hospital.
