Police have arrested 40 years old Pawan Thakuri of Ruru Rural Municipality-1, Ridi on September 16 on charge of sexually abusing 12 years old girl.
The victim was abused by the accused on September 16 and on a same day the complaint was lodged against him according to police.
She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Palpa on September 16 according to DSP Binod Ghimire..
