Police have arrested 50 years old Damber Dahal of Tumbewa Rural Municipality-1 along with five others on September 10 on charge of abducting and taking hostile to 24 years old woman for attempted trafficking.
The other arrested 50 years old Chhabi Maya Dahal, 41 years old Bhumika Dahal, 29 year old Mitra Dahal and 44 years old Shyam Bahadur Dahal. Police have arrested 28 years old Dil Kumar Dahal of the same place and charged him for raping woman.
Police said that the accused had raped woman on August 21. The accused had attempted to traffick woman to India through Kakadvitta. The victim said that she lodged complaint at police on September 8 against the accused. She underwent health checkup on a same day at District Hospital according to police.
