INSEC province number 1 office, Biratnagar has provided two days capacity building training to newly elected locallevel representatives and members of Human Rights Watch Committee on August 24.
The training was provided at Gadi Rural Municipality and 40 people from Gadi Rural Municipality-2, Auraoni and Inaruwa Municipality-7 were presented. The participants were given training on education, health and food rights according to coordinator Bagmati Kattel.
The training was facilitated by Kosh Raj Neupane, advocate Jagat Thapa, and INSEC coordinator Som Raj Thapa.
