The victim Ajaya Ram, 34 of Bishnu Rural Municipality-2 as lodged complaint against ward chairman Sanjaya Shah, 45 at District Police Office on August 14 accusing him of doing caste discrimination.
Ward assistant Nagendra Chaudhary said that he was expelled out from the office after he drank a water that was in office table. The victim said that he was discriminated as he is from the lower cast.
He was in a ward office for his personnel work and at that time he was charged of touching water and was expelled from the office. SP Posh Raj Pokhrel of DPO said that the incident is under the investigation.
