The District Court of Chitwan has ordered to sentence 31 years old Murari Shrestha of Bharatpur Municipality-22 for three years after finding him guilty on raping 13 years old girl. A single bench of District Court judge had given the verdict regarding the case.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at DPO Chitwan on April 13 on charge of rape on a same day. She underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Bharatpur on April 13.
