Police have arrested 24 years old Surendra Sardar of Tilathi Rural Municipality-5, Basain on July 18 on charge of raping 42 years old woman.
The victim lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Bardibas on July 16 on charge of rape on July 15 . The victim underwent health checkup at Area Police Office on July 16 according to police.
