Police have arrested Minu Yongan alias Bikash, 26 of Lishankhupakhar Rural Municipality-2 on May 5 on charge of raping 16 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office on May 2 accusing of rape on March 26. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Chautara on May 5 according to inspector Hari Krishna Khatri of DPO.
