The victim’s mother of 13 years old girl has lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Chandranigahapur on May 6 against 26 years old Mukesh Das and 26 years old Rizwan Ansari of Hariban Municipality-11 on charge of rape.
The victim’s mother accused them of raping the girl after taking her to Shahid Memorial Park at Chandranigahapur Municipality-2 in a motorbike with registration number Ba25Pa1378.
DSP Shanti Raj Koirala of DPO said that both accused were arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on May 6.
