Police have arrested 32 years old Basanta Budathoki of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city-8 on May 1 on charge of raping 16 years old girl .
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Tulsipur on April 23 on charge of rape on April 22. The victim underwent health checkup at Rapti sub-regional hospital on April 23.
