The District Court f Mahottari has ordered to sentence 20 years old Govinda Kumar Mishra of Jaleshwor Municipality-1 and Pappu Yadav of the same place for 31 years after finding them guilty on killing 11 years old Nishal Pandey alias cute after abduction. The court has also ordered for 16 lakhs from the convict as a penalty. Both accused were in custody in Jaleshwor prison.
The victim was abducted by the convict on 14 January 2016 and was killed near the Ratopul at Jaleshwor Municipality-13.
In same case Shivam Chaudhary of Jaleshwor Municipality-2 was sentenced for 11 years along with 16 lakhs penalty. They were arrested on January 18, 2016.
The convict had abducted the victim wand demanded for Rs 30,00,000 from the victim’s father Nabin.
The dead body of the victim was recovered in 2016 January 18.
