The district level civil network has been formed with 13 members in Humla District in coordination of Ganesh Mahat in participation of various organizations and rights activists with the objective of advocating against the incident of human rights violation and atrocities in the district.
The program held on April 7 has appointed Arjun Bohara of FNJ, Padam Raj Hamal of Human Rights Alliance, Parbat Sunar of NGO federation, Ganga Bohara of Women Human Rights Defenders, Jaya Devi Shahi of Human Rights Organization, Bishnu Rokaya of Civil Society including Nanda Singh of INSEC and many others as members.
The network will actively monitors the human rights violation incident and work to minimize it.
