Ramashish Ray Yadav, 50 of Garuda Municiality-5 was injured in a firing by an unidentified party on the night of March 19.
Ray who was working in Nem Brick Industry at Katahariya Municipality-8 was fired with a bullet while he was sleeping in the working place on the night of March 19.
The victim was seriously injured in a firing and he was rushed for further treatment in Birgunj according to DSP Ram Kumar Dani.
Police have arrested one person in suspicion of his involvement however his identification has not been made public yet. DSP Dani said that the incident is under investigation.
