The District Court of Mahottari has ordered to sentence 20 years old Shukhada alias Sabir Ansari, 23 years old Sudhir Kumar Shah and 20 year old Goa alias Anish Kumar Shah for 31 years after finding them guilty on killing eight years old Chiranjivi Mahaseth alias Jenish of Eekdara Rural Municipality-3 after abduction.
A single bench of district court judge Subhash Babu Puri had given the verdict regarding the case on March 19.
The same bench has also ordered to penalize all three for Rs 50,000. The victim was abducted by the accused on 10 January 2016 and complaint was registered on 11 January at DPO. All accused were arrested by the police on a same day. Based on the information from the accused, the body of the boy was recovered from the barley field at Eekdarawela on January 12 according to police.
