The District Court of Palpa has ordered to sentence 55 years old Tek Prasad Kandel of Rampur Municipality-4 for 10 and half years after finding him guilty on raping eight years old boy.
A single bench of District Court judge Shanker Baral had given a verdict regarding the case. The court has also ordered a compensation of Rs 35,000 from the convict.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused on 2016 November 14 on charge of sexual abuse on October 30.
