Police have arrested Sabin Mohabang Limbu, 26 of Phatanglun Rural Municipality-4 on January 30 on charge of rape. He was already convicted and court had ordered 1 year sentence against him.
DSP Gyanendra Bahadur Basnet Said that he is already sent to the prison. The court had given its verdict 4 years ago and he was absconding since.
