An accountant Satrughan Das of Rajbiraj Municipality Office is asking votes for RJP-Forum alliance candidate Manish Suman by violating election code of conduct.
Accountant Das has updated his profile picture in social networking site Facebook with the name and picture of candidate Suman writing “vote for Suman”.
According to the election code of conduct, staffs are prohibited to promote candidates and have directed to remain neutral.
