Police have arrested 33 years old District committee member of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Moti Ram Khadka and 23 years old Deepak Bista on November 8 on charge of doing anti-election activities.
Inspector Thamman Bahadur Rajali of DPO Rukum said that they were arrested on charge of operating anti-election campaign in various places and showing black flag.
Police said that a banner with anti-election slogan was put in front of the house of former minister Janardan Sharma according inspector Rajali.
