The District Security Committee said that 15 polling stations out of 110 in Darchula are categorized as very sensitive.
There are 129 polling centers in the district, Last year there were 128 polling centers and one more polling center has been added for the HoR and state assemblies.
Similarly, 19 polling stations are tagged as sensitive and 76 remains normal according to the security analysis. The security strategy has been strengthened for stations that are categorized as sensitive and too-sensitive. The security analysis is based on unhealthy competition between the parties, geographical remoteness etc.
