Marjadi Murau,35 of Kapilbastu Municipality-6 was severely injured from the beating by her husband Ram Lal Murau,40 on the night of October 24. The accused was arrested by the police on October 25.
The accused who came home after five years unnecessarily alleged her and beaten.
The victim is undergoing treatment at District Hospital of Taulihawa. After the complaint, the accused was arrested by the police for further investigation on October 25.
The victim woman is in Women and Children center at present. INSEC district representative said that the victim was severely beaten despite of urge from her children not to beat her.
