Police have arrested 28 years old Yam Bahadur Gurung , 28 of Sunder Bazar and his 17 years old second wife on October 6 on charge of polygamy.
A complaint against them was lodged by the first wife Minu Tamang of accused on October 5 and they were arrested based on a complaint lodged by her according to the police.
The investigation on the case was undergoing according to the police.
