Police have arrested 19 years old Keshav Chettri of Siddhartha Nagar Municipality-7 on August 29 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The victim’s parents had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on a same day against the accused.
The accused have been arrested by the police for investigation based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to DSP Dilli Narayan Pandey of District Police Office. The victim underwent a health checkup at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa on a same day.
