The District Court of Palpa has ordered to sentence 19 years old Shiva Kumar Tiwari of Ribdikot Village Council for 10 years along with a penalty of Rs 50,000 on charge of raping and having un natural sex with four years old girl of Ribdikot Village Council-4.
A single bench of District Court Judge Bharatmani Khanal has given a verdict regarding the case on July 10.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on May 19 on charge of raping a girl on May 18. He was arrested by the police on a same day and the investigation was initiated.
