Police have arrested 22 years old Hari Gharti of Tilottama Municipality-4 on July 5 on charge of raping 21 years old woman.
SI babu Ram Puri of Area Police Office of Butwal said that the accused was arrested for the investigation, based on a complaint lodged by the victim on July 5.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Butwam on a same day.
