In coordination of Central Child Wale fare Committee, District Child Wale Fare Committee and Maiti Nepal and support from Salam Child Trust in Delhi, nine boys were rescued from Delhi of India on July 6 according to coordinator Keshav Koirtala of Maiti Nepal , Nepalgunj.
Among the rescued boys, three are from Kanchanpur, two from Dang, Nawalparasi and one each from Siraha. The remaining of them does not have any address. The rescued boys were kept in Maiti Nepal and will be handed over to their families.
Some of the rescued boys were found to be eloped from the house in India and some of them were just stranded after not getting contact with their family members. All the rescued boys were under 16 years of age.
