Police have arrested 38 years old Ram Narayan Yadav of Mahadeva Village council , Pakarai on June 22 on charge of raping a 28 years old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint at DPO on June 13 accusing Yadav of raping her on June 5.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital in Rajbiraj on June 15.
The victim was living with her children in her paternal home after her husband went for foreign employment.
