The ward member candidate of Dilashaini village council-7 has died on June 19. Candidate Govinda Singh Karki,70 died while sleaping according to District Police Office of Baitadi.
Karki had registered a candidacy for ward member for Dilashaini VIllagae council-7 on behalf of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP).
