A body of Shanti Shah, 24 from Musahar community of Triyuga Municipality-19 has been recovered on June 9. She went missing since one week and her body was recovered near eye hospital at Tri Municipality-10.
The locals have informed the police after finding her body according to SP Nara Bahadur KC of DPO. Police is suspicious that she might have been murdered after rape. Police have initiated the investigation of the incident according to SP KC. He added that the incident is very suspicious and investigation is going on.
Police have arrested three people on suspicion of their involvement however they have not revealed the name according to DSP Om Bahadur Rana.
Local said that she might have been murdered after rape. The postmortem of the body was conducted at District hospital on June 9.
