INSEC staff felicitated on the occasion of Republican day

On the occasion of 10^th Democratic Day, INSEC Kalikot district representative Kali Bahadur Malla was felicitated on May 29.

He was felicitated for his contribution on Human Rights sector during the movement to establish democratic Republic in the country. He was felicitated with letter of appreciation by chief guest Keshav Kumar Pandey, a district attorney.
