On 18 September, INSEC Information Officer Krishna Gautam, along with Bagmati Province Coordinator Shiva Prasad Khakurel and INSEC Central Office’s Gita Mali, conducted an onsite monitoring of the Parliament Building in New Baneshwar, which had been subjected to arson and vandalism during the protest on 9 September.
