Police arrested a 21-year-old male relative on September 4 for allegedly sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. The victim filed a complaint at the Melamchi Police Station on September 3, stating that the abuse occurred on August 31.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Melamchi Primary Health Center on September 3.
