Uma Saru of Isma Rural Municipality–2 expressed her happiness after receiving her ID cards at her home. She has been bedridden for the past two years due to paralysis. Similarly, Ishwari Bohora, 89, of Hastichaur, Isma Rural Municipality–2, is unable to walk on her own due to old age. Her son, Dambar Bohora, said that the renewal of social security allowance ID cards at their home by municipal staff provided great relief. Dambar Bohora, who lost his right leg in an accident in 1996, expressed hope that the government would also deliver the allowance to their home, as he is disabled and his mother is sick and elderly, which would be a huge relief.
