Police arrested Rajendra Nepali, 21, of Shailung Rural Municipality-8 on 29 August for raping a 15-year-old minor. The aggrieved party filed a formal complaint at the District Police Office at the 31 August alleging that he had raped the victim on 27 August.
The health examination of the victim was done on 29 August at the Pashupati Chaulagain Provincial Hospital, Charikot.
