Police arrested Buddha Lama, 31, of Barhabise Municipality-3 on 16 August for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Barhabise Police Station alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 12 August. The health examination of the victim was done at the Barhabise Primary Health Center on 13 August.
