Police arrested Nyuson Rai, 31, on July 27 for the charge of killing his uncle, Rajkumar Rai, 69, of Mattimbirta in Sakela Rural Municipality-5. According to Police Constable Devraj Khadka of the Area Police Office, the accused reportedly severely beat his uncle during a domestic dispute on July 26.
Rajkumar Rai passed away during treatment at the District Hospital at 3 AM on July 27 and the postmortem of the body is arranged to be done at the District Hospital on the same day.
