Police arrested Dhana Bahadur Limbu, 48, of Aathrai Rural Municipality-3 on July 20 for raping a 31-year-old woman with speech disability. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 13 July stating that the accused had allegedly raped the victim on 12 July. Inspector Roshan Kamti informed that the accused was arrested on the basis of the same complaint for investigation.
The health examination of the victim was done on 13 July at the District Hospital.
