Police arrested Mohammed Sabir, 35 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-6 on May 27 for sexually abusing a 15-year-old minor. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against Sabir, at the District Police Office on May 27 alleging that he had been sexually abusing the girl under the pretext of practicing witch doctor since April. Based on the complaint, the accused was arrested for investigation, according to DSP Vedprakash Joshi of the District Police Office.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Koshi Hospital on May 27.
