Police arrested Gobinda Bista, 23, of Ilam Municipality-4 on May 23 for raping a 25-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on May 23, alleging that the accused had raped the victim on May 21. Based on the complaint, the police arrested the alleged accused for investigation.
The health examination of the victim was done on May 23 at the District Hospital.
