Police arrested Kul Tamatta, 35, of Pachala Jharana Rural Municipality-2 on May 12 for the charge of raping a 31-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on May 11 alleging that the accused raped the woman on May 10 while she had gone to cut grass near a stream close to her house.
The health examination of the woman was done at the District Hospital on May 11.
