Among the victims, 149 women were victims of domestic violence, 10 of rape, two of attempted rape, one of trafficking, and two of dowry-related practices. Additionally, one woman was killed by a family member and two were subjected to caste-based discrimination. Similarly, 26 girls were subjected to child rights abuses with 20 being victims of rape, four of sexual abuse, and two of child marriage.

INSEC Sudurpaschim Provincial Office Coordinator Khadkaraj Joshi stated that the analysis of the human rights situation over the three months showed that no incidents were committed by the state, and there has been a rise in abuses by others. He stated that while civil and political rights have improved, economic, social, and cultural rights have not seen similar progress. He added that citizens have not been able to exercise the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Therefore, the state must take greater responsibility and ensure accountability in implementing the laws.
