One Arrested for Involvement in Tinkune Incident

Santosh Kumar Silwal, 34, of Siddhalekh Rural Municipality-1, Dhading currently living in Kalanki, was arrested on April 18 from Mahadevsthan, Koteshwor. Superintendent of Police Apilraj Bohara of the Kathmandu District Police Office stated that he was taken into custody in connection with the violent incident during the pro-monarchist group’s protest in Tinkune.
The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested Silwal and sent him to the Kathmandu District Police Office for legal action.
