Sarlahi District Police arrested Nikhil Chaudhary, 20, of Lalbandi Municipality-4, Karaiyya and a 10-year-old boy of Rajapur Municipality-5, Bardiya on April 13 for trafficking two 14-year-old minors and raping them.
The accused reportedly lured the victim girls with the promise of a good job and raped them on April 7. While attempting to take them to India on April 13, the girls were rescued from Kali Daha, and a complaint was filed against the accused at the Area Police Office, Gorusinghe on April 11.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 13 at the Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
