Police arrested Ganesh Rai,40, of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadi Municipality-2 on April 5 for raping a four old minor.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on April 3 alleging that the accused raped the victim on February 28. Inspector Sanju Karki stated that the investigation regarding the incident is ongoing.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 3 at the District Hospital.
