Police arrested Pharsuram Poudel, 57, of Rurukshetra Rural Municipality-1 on February 28 for raping a 11-year-old girl. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on February 24, 2025, alleging that the accused had raped the girl on May 2020.
The health examination of the victim was done at Gulmi Hospital, Tamghas, on February 25.
