A 14-year-old boy was arrested on January 25 on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl on January 23, according to SP Gautam Mishra of the District Police Office.
Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Chitwan, on January 25. The victim underwent a health examination at Bharatpur Hospital the same day.
