Police arrested 43-year-old Badri Khadka of Siddhicharan Municipality-9 on December 23 for the charge of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on 21 December alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim on the same day. Inspector Bijay Karki of the District Police Office stated that the accused was arrested from Okhaldhunga Bajaar for investigation based on the complaint filed by the aggrieved party.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on December 23.
