Police arrested Dinesh Lodh,24, of Bhawani Lumbini Cultural Municipality-12 on December 6 for the charge of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl. Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area police office, Lumbini on December 4, stating that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim girl on 29 November.
The health examination of the victim was done on December 4 at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
